Albey ‘onBass’ Balgochian’s roots run the full spectrum of music genres, from the house bassist for the original “House of Blues” in Cambridge, MA., and a longtime member of Paul Rishell Band (2 time Handy Award winner) to the Cecil Taylor Trio & Big Band (All About Jazz Best of ’05, ’09, ’16.)
A poet of the street Jane ‘SpokenWord’ Grenier’s notable performances and collaborations include; Avant-Garde Maestro Cecil Taylor (AAJ best of 2016,) Nuyorican Poet Miguel Algarin, Beat poet/political activist John Sinclair, and HipHop musician/producer DJ Nastee.
