fifteen years now. However, 2023 marks a special year in the life & legacy of ol’ Hank, as he was born exactly 100 years ago this year, and to honor this special occasion they’re taking their show on the road.
To mark this special moment and the legacy of their Country Music hero, Ward Hayden & The Outliers are releasing a brand new album featuring 11 of Hank Williams’ classic songs made famous in his brief, but legendary career. The songs were recorded live, capturing the energy and spirit of these country classics in setting that only a spontaneous and live environment can provide.
To do their part and continue their tradition of keeping the gospel of Hank Williams alive in the modern age, Ward Hayden & The Outliers are embarking on a string of select tour dates this year bringing the songs of Hank Williams to cities and towns around the country and around the globe. Serving as their own accompanying act, Ward Hayden & The Outliers pair their celebration of Hank Williams set with a set of their own unique original songs.
