Come celebrate the release of Goodwin’s new single: “Needs”
Comprised of vocalist Emily Campagna, guitarist Jason Fletcher, vocalist and guitarist Michael E Goodwin and drummer Matt Lydon, Boston-based band Goodwin spills forth ebullient grooves that spark the imagination and inspire the body to move! At the Lizard Lounge, Goodwin will be joined by bassist Ethan Stewart and cellist Celia Sieckert. The band recorded their first album – “The Hunt” – in June of 2023 at Halo Studio in Windham, Maine with engineer and co-producer Jon Wyman and bassist Chris Sartori of Twisted Pine. Goodwin was also joined by pedal steel sensation Ben Lester of Bon Iver and S. Carey on “Tetons.” After releasing a handful of singles in the summer of 2023, “The Hunt” was released on vinyl and on all streaming platforms in October of 2023. The band recently emerged from the studio once again in the winter of 2024 with two new singles in hand, “New England Man” and “Needs.” Goodwin will be back at Halo Studio in June to record their second full-length album.
