Composed of members Jeremy Van Cleave\, Joe Campbell\, Nathaniel Diamond-Jones\, Matt Hines\, and Curtis Hartshorn\, this ensemble quickly made waves with their distinct blend of folk rock and alternative influences. \nDriven by a mutual desire to carve out their own musical niche\, The Mail’s sound is characterized by Jeremy’s introspective lyrics\, Curtis’s unique drumming\, Matt’s creative chord voicings\, Joe’s deep bass pocket\, and Nathaniel’s distinctive approach to fiddle. Together\, they create a sonic landscape that is both emotive and immersive\, weaving together layers of sound to evoke a range of emotions. \nSince their formation\, The Mail has been a fixture in Boston’s music scene\, captivating audiences with their electrifying live performances and dynamic stage presence. Their debut album\, “Lights On\,” released in 2018\, received widespread acclaim for its poignant lyricism and infectious melodies. \nWith each release\, The Mail continues to push the boundaries of alternative music\, exploring new sonic territories while staying true to their roots.
